      hi, im using mac, and as long as the texture pack or mod is a zip file, and works with the current minecraft version you have, it should work! :) when you download the zip file, you just drag it to your texturepack folder! its very easy!

    it will work just that you need to find a different way to get into your .minecraft(if this isnt what you mean the nyou have to download mcpatcher no matter what)

      No you don’t have to. You can use Optifine if you dont want to use mcpatcher. MCPatcher is old shit anyways. Who uses it anymore? We modern guys uses Optifine. You are one old shit.
